Cancellations, No Shows and changes to your reservation

Lady Bowen is a small family run accommodation business, and cancellations and no shows affect us greatly. We appreciate that unexpected events occur, however late cancellations exclude others unnecessarily and affects us significantly.

• We require 7 days notice of cancellation or a reduction of your reservation prior to check in.

• Cancellations or reductions within the 7 day period will incur a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation.   

Children

• We welcome children over 5 years of age. 

• Unfortunately, due to the layout of our heritage building we cannot accept reservations for children under 5 years of age.  

                                 Smoking and Vaping                                           

• The well-being and comfort of all guests is important to us. Fire is also a major concern for our heritage building.

• We have a non-smoking policy that applies to all interior rooms, outside deck and balcony of the building.   

• Please enjoy your tobacco in the designated area in the garden.

Check In and Check Out Times

• Check In is between 3pm and 9pm. 

• If you wish to arrive earlier you may (by prior arrangement) leave your luggage in our office, however rooms and facilities will not be available until 3pm.

• Unfortunately we cannot allow later check ins as this can disturb other guests.  If you have not arrived by 9pm you will not be able to check in and will be marked as a No Show.
